The corporate culture institute intends to attract radical thinkers from corporations all over the world to jointly draw a clear picture about how corporate culture formed, what impact it may have on a corporations competitive power and how it is influenced by the corporate leaders, the market conditions and the embedding cultural environment.

We will achieve this goal by convincing brilliant academics and practitioners to volunteer by contributing a small piece to solve the puzzle. We believe that today each one only holds a fraction of the necessary knowledge in his hand. We have to collect, combine, refine and verify it. Corporate and institutional sponsors will enable us to trigger and fund some at universities and other academic institutions.
